Business Plan Basics available to entrepreneurs in Auburn

AUBURN, NEBRASKA – Existing, transitioning, and start-up small business owners have an opportunity to examine their ventures in “Business Plan Basics,” a free workshop organized by the Center for Rural Affairs and Auburn Development Council.

Six sessions will be held on Tuesdays from Jan. 21 to Feb. 25, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Rural Impact Hub, 919 Central Avenue, in Auburn.

The workshop series will focus on marketing, promotion and advertising, financial management, customer relations, and goal setting.

“Planning is key to success in business, and these six hands-on exploratory sessions are designed for those thinking of starting a business, businesses that need a boost, and business owners considering exiting the business,” said Craig Eberle, Center for Rural Affairs loan specialist. “Sessions will cover important information to complete a business plan.”

Jamie Aue will instruct the course. Registration is required by Jan. 15.
