Online QuickBooks training set for Aug. 5

HASTINGS, NEBRASKA – Business owners in the Hastings area interested in learning QuickBooks are invited to attend an online workshop. This free event is sponsored by the Center for Rural Affairs, Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce, and ASK Bookkeeping.

Basic QuickBooks will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. via online video conference.

“There is always something new to learn about QuickBooks,” said Jessica Campos, Center for Rural Affairs Women’s Business Center director. “This class will provide attendees with skills necessary to maintain accurate records of business financials, a crucial component of sound business management.”

Attendees will learn how to create customer accounts, enter sales and income, and track expenses, generate reports, and use other QuickBooks online features. Kelly Abrahams, from ASK Bookkeeping, will instruct the course.

Registration is required by July 31; sign up at cfra.org/events. Attendance is limited.
