About: Recognizing that farming is never a one-woman job, “Cultivating a Collective Future" emphasizes the importance of agricultural community building. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to establish their own networks of women farmers and ranchers, fostering connections that will support them throughout the year. 

The conference will feature presentations from farmers, educators, and specialists on a variety of topics, including financial management, leadership, farm policy, cooperatives, and more. 

Additionally, the event includes networking events and a chance to explore the host city with a riverboat cruise.
