GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA – Existing, transitioning, and startup small business owners have an opportunity to examine their ventures in “Business Plan Basics,” presented by the Center for Rural Affairs in partnership with University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension.
Offered in Spanish, the free three-day course is set for Monday, Feb. 25, Tuesday, Feb. 26, and Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Office, 3180 W US-34, Room 203, in Grand Island.
“Planning is key to success in business,” said Griselda Rendon, Latino loan specialist for the Center for Rural Affairs. “These sessions focus on file organization, basic accounting, and Facebook for business.”
Sandra Barrera, Community Vitality Initiative Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Extension, will instruct the course.
